Qualifications

• Solid understanding of cloud computing trends and open source business models.
• Experience with APIs, CI/CD automation frameworks and AI and LLM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Support field sales in helping customers understand the Kong API platform.
• Grow trusted client relationships throughout the entire sales lifecycle.
• Ensure 100% customer satisfaction across assigned accounts.
• Create technical documentation for DevOps and implementations.
• Support top-of-funnel marketing activities.
