Job summary

Kraken is seeking an experienced product designer to own end-to-end design for AI-driven B2C and internal products. You will work directly with product, engineering and leadership, shaping how users interact with intelligent systems and how they look and feel.

The role demands crafting non-deterministic experiences, rapid prototyping, user research, and a track record of taking ideas from zero to launch while maintaining high craft and user-centric focus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product design, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and impact.
• Track record of taking products from zero to launch as lead or sole designer, owning the full design process end-to-end.
• World-class product thinking: comfortable with ambiguity, can set direction when requirements are unclear.
• Experience designing for non-deterministic, AI-powered, generative or probabilistic products is highly desirable.
• Strong UX and visual design skills, solving open-ended problems with clarity and elegance.
• Advanced prototyping skills to communicate complex interactions quickly.
• Experience influencing product strategy and cross-functional decision-making.
• Strong systems thinking, creating coherent, scalable experiences from scratch.
