Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE or Platform Engineering.
• Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs).
• Proficient in Terraform and infrastructure as code.
• Strong programming skills in Python or Go; comfortable with multi-cloud environments.
• Experience with SOC 2 or ISO 27001 security compliance.

As a Staff DevOps & Site Reliability Engineer at Lean Technologies, you will lead the strategic evolution of a multi-region infrastructure. Operating at the intersection of SRE and platform engineering, you'll architect scalable systems across hybrid-cloud environments (GCP, OCI) to support billions of dollars in transactions for the region's leading financial services.

What You Will Do

• Define and own the infrastructure architecture strategy across hybrid cloud environments including GCP, OCI, and on-premise data centers.
• Design and evolve Kubernetes platforms for multi-region scalability, resilience, and cost efficiency while establishing enterprise-grade GitOps and IaC standards.
• Partner with engineering leadership to drive automation, lead incident management, and mentor senior engineers across the DevOps and infrastructure domains.

The ideal candidate

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or Platform Engineering with a proven track record of designing and operating complex distributed systems at scale.
• Deep technical expertise in Kubernetes, Linux internals, networking (TCP/IP, DNS, VPNs), and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
• Strong programming proficiency in Python or Go, with experience navigating multi-cloud environments and high-security compliance frameworks like SOC 2 or ISO 27001.
