Job summary

Rakbank is seeking an experienced Staff Data Scientist to lead the development of AI/ML solutions across customer engagement, marketing, retention, risk, and product areas.

You will translate business problems into analytical use-cases, build and deploy models in batch and real-time environments, and ensure scalable, reproducible data science delivery with strong stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in analytics, data science or similar function.
• 3-4 years of experience in banking analytics.
• Proficiency in Python and SQL.
• Experience deploying end-to-end ML models.
• Familiarity with ML/DL techniques, time series, NLP, and data analytics.

Responsibilities

• Translate business problems into analytical use-cases with defined outcomes.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and Data Engineers to build data pipelines and productionize models.
• Develop and test algorithms for use-cases; ensure reproducibility and scalability.
• Lead end-to-end AI/ML model delivery from development to deployment with stakeholder communications.
• Support MIS development and data modeling using SAS and related tools.
