Job summary

Rakbank in United Arab Emirates is seeking a Senior Data Scientist - ML leader to drive development and deployment of advanced predictive models powering personalized customer decisioning. You will own end-to-end ML pipelines, MLOps practices, and scalable solutions across the organization.

You will mentor a team of senior data scientists, partner with product, engineering and risk teams, and shape analytics strategy across banking domains, leveraging GenAI, cloud platforms, and modern tooling.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Econometrics, Maths, CS, etc.).
• 10 years' senior data science experience, ideally in banking.
• Experience modelling with Cloud and GenAI.
• Strong analytics in the bank/financial sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and deployment of ML solutions powering decisioning.
• Build scalable models and robust data pipelines.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor senior data scientists and promote MLOps practices.
