Job summary

Nameless Ventures is opening a Dubai office and seeking Staff Engineers to join as early engineering hires in the region. You will work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex problems, design AI-powered solutions, and build production-ready products from the ground up.

You will own projects end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI teams, and influence how AI is delivered across multiple industries.

Qualifications

Strong software engineering fundamentals with production experience.
Comfortable across the stack; backend focus is essential.
Experience with Python and modern web technologies.
Experience with cloud platforms and APIs.
Previous consulting or client-facing experience.
Strong communication skills and confidence communicating with customers.

Responsibilities

Work directly with enterprise customers to understand complex business problems.
Design, build and deploy custom AI applications using the latest GenAI technologies.
Build full-stack products combining backend, frontend, and AI components.
Own projects end-to-end from discovery through production.
Collaborate with Product, Engineering and AI teams to turn ideas into production software.
Influence how AI is delivered across multiple industries.
