Responsibilities
  • Improving vendor compliances
  • Ensuring the process understanding of MDC to Concept SPOCs
  • Ensuring concepts maintain the sign‑off inventory level in MDC
  • Enhancing customer services
  • Maintaining a high service level for all stores
  • Work and drive operations on the ground by bringing efficiencies in the respective department allocated and be part of driving central projects for site
  • Independently drive specific projects end to end with relevant stakeholder management, central supply‑chain planning – capacity & operational planning & process improvements
  • Innovative and motivated team to work within our leadership team at site and central supply‑chain team through projects
  • Support on strategic project that allows you to have a real impact on the business
  • Expect to understand operations quickly and drive independently while developing business understanding
  • Challenge existing wisdom/ways of working and bring innovation
  • Self‑starter with a keen interest in solving issues on the ground and bringing efficiencies for the team, ensuring productivity and motivation
  • Open to work in different time shifts as per business requirement
  • Support and coordinate system and process enhancement related projects
Qualifications
  • Experience or understanding of operational process, shift planning and execution
  • Background in manufacturing and/or engineering environments
  • 4‑6 years in retail experience
  • Analytical approach is must with ability to think out of box solutions
  • Ability to think logically and take decisions based on situational assessments
  • Ensure relevant ongoing learning and development of all employees on communication methods
  • Provide technical expertise to the team
  • Develop, implement and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) for each area of responsibility
