Job summary

GSS Group is seeking an experienced Senior SharePoint Developer / Full Stack Engineer to design, develop, and support enterprise SharePoint applications. You will work across SPA architecture, REST APIs, and modern front-end stacks.

You will lead development across the lifecycle, mentor peers, and collaborate with senior stakeholders to deliver scalable solutions in a large enterprise setting, leveraging C#, SQL, CSOM/JSOM, React, and Node.js in Dubai.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on SharePoint development and design experience.
• Strong experience in SharePoint development.
• Strong understanding of SharePoint architecture and enterprise application development.
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint REST APIs.
• PowerShell scripting for SharePoint administration and automation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain enterprise SharePoint solutions and applications.
• Lead SharePoint development activities across the application lifecycle, from requirement understanding and technical design through development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Develop and integrate solutions using SharePoint, C#, SQL, CSOM, JSOM, and REST APIs.
• Design and develop SharePoint-based applications, workflows, custom components, integrations, and enterprise solutions.
• Configure and administer SharePoint services and related application components.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application, integration, hosting, and production issues.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, enhancing, and supporting enterprise SharePoint applications and solutions. The role also requires exposure to modern full-stack technologies such asJavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js with experience working in large enterprise environments.

The candidate should be technically strong, self-driven, comfortable influencing multiple teams, and capable of communicating technical solutions effectively to senior and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate is astrong hands-on SharePoint engineer with 5+ years of development and design experience, rather than a purely administrative SharePoint profile.

Candidates with a combination ofSharePoint + C# + SQL + CSOM/JSOM + REST APIs + PowerShell + IIS/hosting will be highly relevant. Exposure toJavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js will provide an additional advantage.

Experience inbanking, financial services, fintech, or large enterprise environments is strongly preferred.
