In this pivotal role, you will work closely with our sales personnel to provide technical expertise that drives new and existing business during the sales process. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen and technical knowledge, allowing them to effectively communicate product benefits and facilitate a seamless pre‑sales experience for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the sales team throughout the sales cycle by providing technical insight and addressing client questions or concerns regarding ZeroFox solutions.
  • Engage in technical pre‑sales activities including product demonstrations, proof of concept executions, and strategic presentations to both technical and non‑technical audiences.
  • Collaborate with Product Management to gather essential feedback from customers and contribute to product refinement and enhancement.
  • Educate channel partners and customers on technical capabilities and best practices concerning the ZeroFox platform.
  • Maintain an extensive knowledge of the cybersecurity landscape, industry trends, and the competitive environment to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the market.
  • Participate in customer meetings and workshops to develop technical architectures tailored to specific business requirements.
  • Assist in the development of technical documentation and sales collateral.
