Job Description

We are looking for Senior Recruiter leading full-cycle recruitment efforts to attract, engage, and hire top talent across multiple business functions. This role partners closely with hiring managers and leadership to develop sourcing strategies and ensure a world-class candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process — from job intake, sourcing, screening, and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract diverse, high-quality candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with all employment laws and company policies regarding hiring and recruitment practices.
  • Candidate Experience: Ensure timely, transparent, and positive communication throughout the recruitment process.
  • Technical Hiring: Software Engineer (Frontend, Backend, Full Stack), DevOps / Cloud, Data Engineers / Scientists / Analysts, Product Managers (Technical), IT / Infrastructure Specialists etc.
  • Non-Technical Hiring: Business & Operations, Sales & Marketing, Human Resources, Finance, Administrative & Support etc.
Requirements

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience recruiting in Tech companies, production companies.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Demonstrated success in negotiating offers and closing candidates.
  • Strong understanding of diversity recruiting and inclusive hiring practices.
