Job summary

Worley is seeking a General Foreman to lead industrial construction/maintenance crews. The role involves planning, scheduling, enforcing safety programs, and ensuring resources, drawings, and materials are ready for work under supervision.

The candidate should have extensive site experience, strong supervisory skills, and familiarity with project controls to drive productive, cost-efficient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of industrial construction/maintenance experience.
• NCEER Certified Plus is preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.

• Assist in planning and scheduling; enforce safe practices and job safety programs
• Monitor all paperwork for accuracy, clarity and completeness; analyze the work to find a more productive cost-efficient method
• Monitor performance and provide written evaluation, assistance and training to all assigned employees
• Prepare employees for additional responsibilities; and keep the proper management informed of all significant information

Position Summary

The General Foreman must have the ability to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by his/her immediate supervisor; provide the necessary information, drawings, specifications, materials, tools and equipment needed for crew(s) to accomplish the work.
