Job summary

Michael Page is seeking a Senior Product Designer to partner with Product, Engineering, and business teams in Abu Dhabi, shaping strategy and delivering end-to-end experiences for complex enterprise platforms.

You will lead UX thinking across initiatives, evolve a design system, and conduct user research to validate decisions, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled design and producing scalable production-ready interfaces.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of tenure as a Senior Product Designer or Product Designer on complex web-based products, preferably B2B.
• Strong portfolio showing end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, interaction and visual design.
• Experience designing for enterprise, SaaS, financial services, fintech, data analytics, or workflow-driven platforms.

Profile

• Minimum of 10 years of overall tenure and proven experience as a Senior Product Designer or Product Designer working on complex web based products, ideally B2B products.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product thinking, UX strategy, interaction design, and visual design capabilities.
• Experience designing enterprise, SaaS, financial services, fintech, research, data, analytics, or workflow driven platforms.
• Strong systems thinking approach with the ability to design scalable experiences across multiple products and workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Product Managers, Engineers, and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent problem solving skills with the ability to simplify complex user challenges.
• Experience creating and maintaining design systems and component libraries.
• Strong understanding of user research, usability testing, accessibility, and data-driven design methodologies.
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments with a strong sense of ownership.
• Experience designing AI-enabled products or integrating AI capabilities into user experiences is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of how design translates into front-end development and production environments.
• Familiarity with modern product development processes and agile delivery practices.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools.
