Role Summary
We are seeking a strategic, analytical, and execution-focused Senior Manager – Performance & Special Projects to lead and scale a high-performing team responsible for driving performance excellence and executing cross-functional strategic initiatives.

As Senior Manager, you will drive critical business initiatives, lead a growing team, and collaborate closely with senior stakeholders.
Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
- Build, lead, and mentor a multidisciplinary team, fostering a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Serve as the main point of contact for UAE leadership and cross-functional stakeholders on performance and special project topics.
- Influence decision-making by delivering strategic recommendations and ensuring alignment across departments and regional teams.
- Drive collaboration across Logistics, CX, Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure successful execution of performance initiatives.
Business Performance
- Oversee performance reporting frameworks and ensure the delivery of high-quality insights across departments.
- Challenge performance against OKRs, functional targets, and budgets, and recommend corrective actions where needed.
- Champion the enhancement of reporting tools, dashboards, and automation initiatives to drive accuracy and scalability.
Advanced Analytics & Strategic Insights
- Lead complex analytical initiatives to uncover root causes behind performance trends and business challenges.
- Translate data into strategic narratives and actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
- Set standards for data integrity, forecasting methodologies, and performance tracking.
- Identify cross‑functional opportunities for operational efficiencies and cost savings.
Special Projects & Strategic Initiatives
- Own the end-to-end delivery of high-impact, cross‑functional initiatives aligned with country and regional goals.
- Scope and prioritize projects, establish clear KPIs, and ensure timely delivery in partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
- Act as the project sponsor or executive lead, aligning execution with strategic outcomes.
P&L Ownership & Forecasting
- Oversee the country-level P&L related to key operational and strategic functions.
- Lead forecasting and scenario planning processes (daily, monthly, annual) to support decision-making and financial discipline.
- Identify revenue and cost optimization levers and proactively drive initiatives to improve unit economics and profitability.
Qualifications
- 8–12 years of experience in performance management, strategy, business operations, or management consulting.
- Proven experience managing and developing high‑performing teams with a focus on results and cross‑functional collaboration.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with experience engaging with senior leadership and cross‑market teams.
- Expertise in financial modeling, P&L ownership, and business forecasting.
- Advanced proficiency in data analytics tools (e.g., BigQuery, Tableau, Looker).
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to distill complexity into clear business recommendations.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change, manage ambiguity, and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- High degree of curiosity, initiative, and ownership.
