A leading global consulting firm in the UAE is seeking an experienced Senior Implementation Consultant to lead payroll implementations. You will be responsible for gathering business requirements, ensuring system configurations meet client needs, and delivering training to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have over 9 years of payroll industry experience and a degree in a related field. This full-time role requires strong collaboration skills and attention to detail.
The Senior Implementation Consultant (SIC) acts as the senior operational focal point for the internal and external stakeholders, including the clients, during the implementation of Mercans’ services.
This role is responsible for the operational aspects of the global payroll and SaaS implementations. The SIC is responsible for collecting, analyzing, and documenting the client’s business requirements in accordance with Mercans’ processes and requirements. The SIC communicates the business requirements to the internal stakeholders and ensures, following Mercans standard testing processes and protocols, that the system configurations implemented by Mercans meet the clients’ and statutory requirements.
This role is responsible for delivering the required operational training to the clients and ensuring that the operational Hypercare exit criteria are met for the transition of the services to the Business As Usual (BAU) phase.
The SIC is responsible for managing the stakeholder communications related to the operational activities during the implementations, including Hypercare, in collaboration with the assigned Implementation Project and Program Managers (PM).
