Job summary

Leading Edge in Dubai is seeking a Senior Full-Stack AI Engineer to design, deploy, and operate production-grade AI-driven systems onsite for a 4 to 6 month contract. The role demands 7+ years of full-stack development with a strong AI/ML focus and hands-on work with Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI.

You will integrate SAP, M365, and external data sources into AI workflows, implement robust monitoring and production-ready features, and own end-to-end delivery of agentic AI

Qualifications

• 7+ years of proven full-stack development experience with a strong AI and ML focus.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, FastAPI, React, PostgreSQL, and Azure OpenAI.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI systems, LLMs, and workflow orchestration.
• Proven experience with production monitoring, debugging, and system optimisation.
• Experience integrating with SAP, M365, and external data APIs.
• Must be currently based in the UAE and eligible to work (candidates outside the UAE will not be considered).
• Visa Status: Preferably hold a valid UAE visa (Golden Visa, Spouse Visa, or Self-Sponsored).

• Apply strong AI and ML foundations including model selection, evaluation, retrieval quality, and production monitoring.
• Build and operate agent systems in production; fully own, debug, and explain all developed code.
• Integrate enterprise platforms including SAP, M365, and external data sources into AI-driven workflows.
• Monitor, optimise, and maintain production AI systems for reliability and performance.
