Job summary

TalentRecruit Software Private Limited is seeking an experienced Data Management Specialist with 8+ years in enterprise data systems. You will work hands-on with Oracle MDM (Siebel UCM, OEDQ, ODI), manage migrations, data quality, and governance while aligning with ITSM and regulatory controls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Computer Science / Information Systems; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 8+ years in Data Management / Enterprise Applications.
• 5+ years hands-on with Oracle MDM (Siebel UCM, OEDQ and ODI).
• Strong expertise in core MDM capabilities like match & merge, survivorship, golden record, customer/party, product, and supplier data models.
• Experience in data migration, cleansing, onboarding, workflow/stewardship setup, batch and real-time integrations.
• Strong exposure to production support & ITSM processes (incident, problem, change, release, RCA).
• Experience in infrastructure & environment management: app servers, DB, middleware.
• Background in regulated environments (banking preferred) with focus on audit, security, and compliance.
• Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, and AMS partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management initiatives across enterprise applications.
• Implement and maintain Oracle MDM components (Siebel UCM, OEDQ, ODI).
• Oversee data migration, cleansing, onboarding, and workflow/stewardship setups.
• Manage batch and real-time data integrations with production support.
• Coordinate ITSM processes including incident, change, release, and RCA.
• Ensure compliance, audit readiness, and security in regulated environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and AMS vendors to deliver solutions.
