We are looking for a detail‑oriented, analytical, and results‑driven Business Analyst to join our data team. In this role, you will be responsible for translating business needs into actionable insights using data‑driven analysis and visualizations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders to uncover business requirements, analyze data, and create reports and dashboards to inform decision‑making.

Key Performance Areas (KPAs) & Principal Accountabilities

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Work closely with business units (marketing, finance, operations, etc.) to gather and document requirements for reports and dashboards.
• Present findings and insights to stakeholders in a clear and actionable format.
• Provide guidance and training to business users on delivered reports and dashboards.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal teams to ensure data needs are met.

Data Analysis & Reporting

• Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that support business objectives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and define key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Perform ad‑hoc data analysis to support decision‑making processes.

Process Improvement & Automation

• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and data accessibility.
• Automate recurring reports and streamline the data collection process to minimize manual effort.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reporting tools and sources.

Data Governance & Quality Assurance

• Ensure adherence to data governance policies and best practices.
• Perform regular data quality checks to ensure integrity and reliability of reports and dashboards.
