The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with at least 2 years in spray painting. You should understand paint types, drying times, and maintain safety and quality while meeting specifications.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in spray painting is a plus.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a spray painting role or similar position.
• Proficient in the use of spray painting equipment and tools, including airless and HVLP sprayers.
• Strong understanding of different paint types, their applications, and drying times.
