Overview
The Casino & Sportsbook Product Manager will own the end-to-end strategy, development, and optimization of Bettorian’s casino and sportsbook offerings. This role will bridge the gap between players, operations, and technology, ensuring products are competitive, engaging, and aligned with business goals. The Product Manager will be a key driver in launching, scaling, and continuously improving the gaming experience, with a strong focus on crypto-native features and South / Southeast Asian market preferences.
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Define and execute the product roadmap for casino and sportsbook verticals.
- Identify opportunities to differentiate in the crypto iGaming market.
- Prioritize features and improvements based on player feedback, analytics, and business goals.
Casino Product Ownership
- Manage relationships with third-party game providers.
- Curate and optimize game library for local markets.
- Launch and monitor new titles, ensuring performance and engagement.
- Implement promotions, jackpots, and gamification features.
Sportsbook Product Ownership
- Oversee sportsbook platform, markets, and events coverage.
- Define trading, odds, and risk management needs with partners.
- Drive localized sportsbook features and player experiences.
Crypto & UX Integration
- Ensure seamless integration of crypto payments into casino and sportsbook flows.
- Collaborate with design and UX to simplify onboarding and transactions.
- Implement features that build trust and reduce friction for crypto-first users.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track KPIs such as GGR, conversion, retention, and ARPU.
- Run A / B tests on promotions, layouts, and features.
- Continuously improve UX and product performance.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
- Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Tech teams.
- Translate business goals into product requirements.
- Act as product evangelist internally and externally.
Experience & Background Required
- Proven experience as a Product Manager in casino, sportsbook, or iGaming.
- Deep understanding of online gaming products, player behavior, and retention strategies.
- Experience with crypto or fintech products is highly desirable.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to link product features to revenue impact.
- Skilled in working with data analytics and KPIs.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
