Job summary

TALENTMATE in Dubai is hiring a Merchandiser to execute the sports merchandising strategy across the store network. You will focus on stock flow, assortment execution, and performance tracking to optimize sell-through and space utilization.

Working with Buying, Allocation, Supply Chain and Store Operations, you will manage inbound stock, transfers, and inventory health, while analyzing sales data to drive timely actions and improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business; a degree in Retail Management is preferred.
• Postgraduate qualification is advantageous.
• 4 years of experience in merchandising roles; experience in the sports retail industry; experience in inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Execute stock and inventory management in line with timelines and launches.
• Manage inbound stock and timely delivery for seasonal launches.
• Refill stores and coordinate inter-store transfers to maximize sales opportunities.
• Monitor size-level availability and protect top doors from overstock or fragmentation.
• Scan global inventory and issue replenishment orders as needed.
• Manage aging inventory and move to factory outlet to optimize liquidation.
• Provide detailed sell-through and ROS insights by country/store.
