To ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the JA Sports Centre by providing excellent guest service, maintaining facilities and equipment, and supporting sports activities and events in a safe, professional, and welcoming environment.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist all guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Support guests with equipment setup, such as manequines, poles, goals, water and ice.
• Maintain a positive and helpful attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
• Ensure all sports equipment is clean, in good condition, and safely stored after each session.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all public and staff areas within the Sports Centre.

Experience and Skills

• Previous experience in a sports, recreation, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiastic, energetic, and guest-focused personality.
• Basic knowledge of popular sports (football, cricket, tennis, etc.).
