Job summary

Podnews is seeking a part-time sponsorships specialist for the English channel Solomin Podcast. You will own sponsorship revenue by finding brands, pitching integrations, closing deals, and renewals. This fully remote role is open to US-based candidates only, with a monthly retainer plus commissions.

Flexible hours and a project-based contract allow you to build a pipeline with US brands and agencies, negotiate rates, and coordinate with our production team to deliver results.

Qualifications

• 2+ years selling podcast/YouTube sponsorships.
• Existing relationships with US brands or media agencies.
• Proven track record of closed deals.
• Based in the US and comfortable working remotely with a small international team.
• Russian language is a plus, not a requirement.

Responsibilities

• Build a pipeline of US brands and agencies that fit our audience (tech, finance, education, productivity).
• Pitch host-read integrations and multi-episode packages, negotiate rates and terms.
• Close deals and coordinate delivery with our production team.
• Report on results and drive renewals.
• Help shape our rate card and media kit.
