We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Therapistto join our client's team in Abu Dhabi. This position is within one of the UAE’s largest government-affiliated healthcare networks, well-regarded for its patient-centered approach and advanced rehabilitation services. The Speech Therapist will assess, diagnose, and treat patients with speech, language, voice, and swallowing disorders. Experience working with pediatric patientsis highly preferred. Other responsibilities include but are not limitedto :

  • Assess patients with communication and swallowing difficulties using standardized tools and clinical evaluations.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech, language, and swallowing challenges.
  • Provide therapy for a wide range of conditions, including developmental delays, neurological disorders, hearing impairments, and post-stroke rehabilitation.
  • Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, occupational therapists, and other healthcare professionals as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques and home-based exercises to support progress.
  • Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed.
  • Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital and regulatory requirements.
  • Stay updated on the latest advancements in speech-language pathology and therapy techniques.
