Job summary

A leading recruitment agency is seeking a Specialty Leasing Manager to oversee kiosk and short-term retail space leasing in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of commercial leasing experience. Responsibilities include driving revenue through leasing strategies and coordinating marketing activities. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 18K AED plus commission.

Qualifications

• Open to Asian and Arabic Nationalities, 40 years old and below.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in specialty or commercial leasing.
• Knowledgeable in mall operations and brand activations.

Responsibilities

• Lease kiosks and retail spaces to drive additional mall revenue.
• Source and close deals with local SMEs and promotional partners.
• Coordinate with marketing and operations teams for activations.
• Track income and performance of specialty leasing activities.
