Job summary

Epergne Solutions is seeking a Specialist in Secrets Management / PAM Engineering with 6+ years of experience to implement and manage enterprise-grade secrets solutions. The role focuses on securing credentials, eliminating hardcoded secrets, and integrating PAM with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines.

Strong IAM, Zero Trust, and audit capabilities are required. Ideal candidates will have hands-on CyberArk or equivalent PAM tools experience, plus familiarity with Linux/Windows servers and CI/CD

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on PAM experience and strong IAM knowledge.
• Experience with secrets lifecycle management and credential rotation.
• Familiarity with Zero Trust and access governance principles.
• Experience with enterprise security policies and compliance requirements.
• Experience integrating PAM with applications, databases, and APIs.
• Cloud exposure (AWS or Azure) and DevOps/CI-CD familiarity.

• Implement and manage secrets management solutions


• Secure application secrets such as API keys, service accounts, certificates, and tokens


• Eliminate hardcoded credentials and enable secure credential rotation


• Integrate secrets management with cloud platforms and CI/CD pipelines


• Support security governance, monitoring, and audit requirements

Required Skills :

• Hands-on experience with CyberArk or similar PAM tools


• Strong understanding of Privileged Access Management (PAM) and Identity & Access Management (IAM)concepts


• Experience with Secrets lifecycle management and credential rotation


• Experience with Linux and Windows server environments


• Knowledge of service account and privileged credential management


• Experience integrating PAM / Secrets management with applications, databases, and APIs


• Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS or Azure)


• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps environments


• Knowledge of security monitoring, logging, and audit practices


• Understanding of access governance, least-privilege principles, and Zero Trust security


• Experience working with enterprise security policies and compliance requirements.
