Job summary

Terracotta Outsourcing invites a Senior IAM/PAM Security Specialist to join our UAE government environment on-site in Dubai. The role focuses on implementing and supporting CyberArk PAM, IBM IAM, and DLP controls to protect critical assets.

You will design, configure, and maintain CyberArk Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM and EPM, manage privileged accounts, perform access reviews, and collaborate with security teams to ensure compliance and incident response readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in IT security, IAM or cybersecurity.
• Hands-on expertise with CyberArk PAM and related components.
• Experience with IBM IAM and DLP solutions.
• Security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain CyberArk PAM solutions.
• Manage CyberArk Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM and EPM.
• Manage privileged accounts, safes, policies and access reviews.
• Onboard accounts, provisioning and password rotation.
• Integrate CyberArk with AD, MFA, applications, databases and network devices.
• Support and administer IBM IAM solutions.
• Implement and maintain DLP controls and policies.
• Investigate DLP incidents and support compliance reporting.
• Conduct access reviews, audits and remediation activities.
• Support vulnerability remediation and security improvements.
• Provide guidance to junior team members and stakeholders.

We are currently looking for a Senior IAM/PAM Security Specialist (Cyber Ark + IBM IAM) to join an exciting government environment in the UAE.

The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in Cyber Ark PAM, Identity & Access Management (IAM), IBM IAM, and Data Loss Prevention (DLP), with the ability to implement, configure, administer, troubleshoot, and support enterprise security solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, configure and maintain Cyber Ark PAM solutions
• Manage Cyber Ark Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM and EPM
• Manage privileged accounts, Safes, platforms, policies and access reviews
• Perform account onboarding, provisioning and password rotation
• Integrate Cyber Ark with Active Directory, MFA, applications, databases and network devices
• Support and administer IBM IAM solutions
• Implement and maintain DLP controls and policies
• Investigate DLP/security incidents and support compliance reporting
• Conduct access reviews, audits and remediation activities
• Support vulnerability remediation, patching and security improvements
• Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and stakeholders

Key Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience in IT Security, IAM, PAM or Cybersecurity
• Strong hands-on experience with Cyber Ark PAM
• Experience with Vault, CPM, PVWA, PSM, PSMP, AIM and EPM
• Experience with IBM IAM
• Experience with DLP solutions, preferably Proofpoint DLP or similar
• Strong understanding of authentication, authorization, provisioning and access control
• Experience with Active Directory and MFA integration
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Experience with security audits, compliance and access reviews
• Relevant Cyber Ark / IAM / PAM / Cybersecurity certifications will be an advantage
