Job summary

Julphar is seeking a QC Analyst to ensure GMP/GLP compliance and perform chemical and physical analyses of raw materials and finished products in a controlled lab environment.

You will operate QC instruments, record data, and enter results into SAP while maintaining data integrity and adhering to SOPs. Collaboration with QA, production, and R&D is essential for ongoing improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy/science.
• Minimum 3–6 years’ experience in the same field.
• Proficient with computer software application.

Responsibilities

• Ensure GLP, GMP, safety procedures and maintain hygienic lab conditions.
• Carry out chemical and physical analysis of finished/materials/stability.
• Operate QC equipment as assigned.
• Record all working data accurately.
• Enter analysis data into SAP.
• Ensure final products meet specifications and regulations.
• Ensure analyses follow applicable procedures.
• Support internal and external audits and close audit observations.
• Manage CAPAs, AMS and change controls using Ample logic system.
• Maintain data integrity and good documentation in QC labs.
• Follow SOPs strictly.
• Troubleshoot day-to-day department issues.
• Assist supervisors as needed.

Detailed Job Description

• To ensure and follow GLP, GMP, safety procedures and maintain hygienic conditions in lab.
• Responsible to carry-out chemical and physical analysis of Simi Finished /Raw Material / Stability.
• Responsible for the operation of various QC equipment (depending on the section he is working)
• Responsible for recording all working data
• Entering data of analysis on SAP
• Ensure Final Products adhere to all specifications and regulations.
• To ensure the analysis is performed correctly as per applicable procedures
• To involve and support external and internal audits and to close the audit observations on time.
• Responsible for handling of Quality management system actions like CAPAs, AMS and Change controls using Ample logic system.
• To follow and ensure data integrity and good documentation practices are implemented in the QC labs.
• To follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) strictly
• Assist in trouble shooting and solving problems that may come up in the day-to-day operation of the department.
• Helps supervisors/Designate in assigned tasks.

• Strong understanding of data integrity principles and ALCOA+ compliance.
• Accurate documentation and review of laboratory records and test reports.

• Execute daily operations in compliance with EMS and EHS standards, using appropriate PPE and safe practices.
• Identify, reduce, and prevent environmental impacts and operational risks.
• Contribute to EHS activities, audits, and continual improvement initiatives.
