Job summary

Client of Dr Expat in the United Arab Emirates seeks a Specialist Psychiatrist to assess, diagnose and manage adult patients with a broad range of psychiatric conditions. You will deliver evidence-based treatment plans and work with psychologists, social workers and other healthcare professionals.

You will prescribe and monitor medications, conduct risk assessments and maintain compliant clinical documentation while contributing to quality improvement and patient wellbeing in Al Ain, UAE.

Qualifications

• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with Specialisation in Psychiatry.
• Valid DOH Licence or DOH Eligibility.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Specialist Psychiatrist.
• Expertise in diagnosing and treating mood disorders, anxiety disorders, schizophrenia, and other psychiatric conditions.
• Strong communication and patient management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose and manage psychiatric disorders across adult patients.
• Develop personalised treatment plans using evidence-based psychiatric care.

As a Specialist Psychiatrist you will assess diagnose and manage patients with a broad range of psychiatric and behavioural health conditions while delivering evidence-based treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs You will work collaboratively with psychologists counsellors social workers and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to provide comprehensive mental healthcare and promote long-term patient wellbeing.
