Specialist - Projects Registration is responsible for overseeing the registration and documentation of projects within the organization. The specialist will work closely with project managers and relevant stakeholders to facilitate efficient project registration and compliance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the end-to-end process of project registration, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
  • Maintain and update the project database, tracking project details, timelines, and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary project details and ensure alignment with company policies.
  • Assist in preparing reports and dashboards to track project progress and registrations.
  • Support project managers in ensuring that registered projects adhere to regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to streamline project registration processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on relevant project management policies, regulations, and best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in project management or a related role (experience in project management is a plus).
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
