PiP is hiring a Growth Operator to own acquisition, attribution, and funnel performance across the PiP platform. You will run paid experiments, enforce clean measurement (UTMs, pixels, event schema), and publish a crisp weekly growth narrative with clear keep / kill / scale decisions. Day-to-day, you’ll partner with Creative and Community to translate data into fast iterations. Success = efficient, scalable traffic that converts into qualified signups and active users, with CAC in range and cohort quality trending up.
