Job summary

DrExpat in Dubai is seeking an ENT Specialist to join a leading healthcare provider delivering high-quality care with advanced medical technology across emergency, surgery, maternity and outpatient services. You will diagnose and manage ENT disorders, conduct outpatient consultations and perform ENT procedures in a modern UAE facility.

The ideal candidate holds specialist ENT qualification, a minimum of 5 years' experience, DHA/MOH/DOH eligibility, and strong communication and patient management

Qualifications

• Specialist qualification in ENT.
• Minimum 5 years of specialist experience.
• Experience in ENT procedures and outpatient care.
• DHA, MOH or DOH eligibility.
• UAE or local market experience preferred.
• Western-trained candidates preferred.
• Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
• Excellent communication and patient management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage ear nose and throat disorders.
• Conduct outpatient ENT consultations and assessments.
• Perform ENT procedures and develop treatment plans.
• Manage acute and chronic ENT conditions.
• Provide patient education and treatment counselling.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.
• Participate in clinical governance and quality improvement initiatives.
• Deliver high standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
