Job summary

DR JOY HEALTH CARE MANAGEMENT DMCC in Dubai seeks a skilled endodontist to perform complex root canal treatments, retreatments and microsurgery. The candidate must be fluent in English, with Arabic as an advantage, and comfortable in a hybrid clinic setting managing both cash and insurance patients.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in complex endodontic procedures including retreatments and microsurgery.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Proficient in working under an operating microscope and handling both cash and insurance patients.

Job description

• Proven experience in complex root canal treatments, retreatments and endodontic microsurgery
• Strong experience in instrument retrieval removal cases
• Must be proficient in working under an operating microscope
• Comfortable managing both cash and insurance patients in a hybrid practice setting
• Confident clinician with excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Strong communication and patient management abilities
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans and improve case acceptance
• Active and professional social media presence with willingness to participate in clinic marketing initiatives
• Team player with a patient-centric approach and strong clinical ethics
• Willing to work on a staggered schedule with 2 days off per week, one day off may fall on a weekend
• Fluency in English is mandatory
• Arabic speaking would be an advantage
