Job summary

Dr Joy Dental Clinic in Dubai seeks an experienced endodontist to perform complex root canal treatments, retreatments and microsurgery. The candidate must handle instrument retrieval, operate under a microscope, and manage both cash and insurance patients in a hybrid clinic setting.

You will work a staggered schedule with 2 days off per week and may have one weekend off. Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus for patient communication and outreach.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex root canal treatments and retreatments.
• Proficient with endodontic microsurgery.
• Skilled in instrument retrieval/removal cases.
• Able to work under an operating microscope.

Responsibilities

• Perform complex endodontic procedures following best practices.

Will work 2 days town square, 1 day Palm, 1 day JP and 1 day marina

• Proven experience in complex root canal treatments, retreatments, and endodontic microsurgery
• Strong experience in instrument retrieval/removal cases
• Must be proficient in working under an operating microscope
• Comfortable managing both cash and insurance patients in a hybrid practice setting
• Confident clinician with excellent diagnostic and treatment planning skills
• Strong communication and patient management abilities
• Ability to explain complex treatment plans and improve case acceptance
• Active and professional social media presence with willingness to participate in clinic marketing initiatives
• Team player with a patient-centric approach and strong clinical ethics
• Willing to work on a staggered schedule with 2 days off per week (one day off may fall on a weekend)
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic speaking would be an advantag
