Job description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Physician to deliver immediate medical care to patients with acute illnesses and injuries Based in the UAE this role requires quick decisionmaking high clinical competency and a commitment to delivering lifesaving care in fastpaced emergency settings Key Responsibilities Provide rapid assessment diagnosis and treatment of patients in the emergency department Manage lifethreatening conditions such as trauma cardiac arrest respiratory failure and stroke Perform emergency procedures including intubation defibrillation and wound management Collaborate with specialists nursing staff and paramedics for coordinated patient care Stabilize and refer patients for admission or specialist intervention as necessary Interpret diagnostic tests imaging and lab results promptly Maintain accurate and timely patient records in accordance with hospital policies Ensure compliance with infection control safety and medical protocols Participate in oncall duties and emergency response training programs Support the education and supervision of interns residents and emergency team members Requirements Medical degree MBBS or equivalent from a recognized institution Board certification or fellowship in Emergency Medicine e g ABEM CCFPEM MRCEM or equivalent Valid UAE license or eligibility to practice in the UAE Minimum 3 5 years of experience in an emergency or trauma setting Proficiency in emergency procedures and critical care protocols Strong decisionmaking and crisis management skills Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Fluent in English Arabic is a plus Willingness to work shifts weekends and public holidays Company Profile We are a recruiting company based in Dubai
