Specialist Doctors Position – Internal Medicine / Paediatrics / Obstetrics & Gynaecology

3>Role Overview
The Specialist Doctor is responsible for delivering comprehensive, high-quality medical care in their respective specialty. The role includes patient consultation, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up, ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare regulations and maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed patient assessments and provide diagnosis and treatment within the scope of specialization.
- Develop and implement patient management plans and follow-up care.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams (nurses, technicians, other specialists) for holistic care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records as per DHA/MOH/DOH requirements.
- Prescribe medications responsibly and monitor therapeutic outcomes.
- Provide guidance, counselling, and preventive health education to patients and families.
- Participate in internal case reviews, CME programs, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
- Adhere strictly to ethical, professional, and confidentiality standards.
- Maintain readiness to respond to medical emergencies related to the specialty.
- Support clinic operations and contribute to patient retention and service growth.
Specialty-Specific Focus Areas
Internal Medicine
- Manage chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders).
- Conduct preventive health check‑ups and early disease detection.
- Provide inpatient/outpatient care coordination where applicable.
Paediatrics
- Provide diagnosis, vaccination, and growth monitoring for infants and children.
- Manage acute and chronic paediatric illnesses.
- Offer parental guidance on nutrition, development, and wellbeing.
Obstetrics & Gynaecology
- Manage antenatal and postnatal care, menstrual disorders, infertility, and menopause.
- Perform minor gynaecological procedures as per clinic capabilities.
- Provide counselling on family planning and reproductive health.
Qualifications & Requirements
- MBBS or equivalent primary medical qualification.
- Specialist postgraduate degree (MD / DNB / MS / MRCP / FRCS or equivalent).
- Valid UAE MOH/DHA/DOH Specialist License or eligibility letter.
- Minimum 3–5 years post‑specialization experience.
- Excellent communication and patient‑care skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multicultural environment.
- Commitment to continuing professional education and ethical practice.
Working Hours
- Full‑time (8 hours/day, 6 days a week) or part‑time as per agreement.
Compensation Model
- Revenue sharing / fixed + incentive model, as per agreement with the medical centre.
