Qualifications
- PhD in Special Education or closely related field.
- Proven university teaching excellence in Special Education.
- Experience with evidence-based pedagogical approaches.
Responsibilities
- Teach university courses in Special Education (assessment/diagnosis, IEP development, instructional strategies).
- Develop and implement individualized instructional plans and interventions.
- Establish an active research program focused on inclusion, assistive technology, intervention effectiveness, and family–school partnerships.
- Contribute to curriculum enhancement and innovative instructional methods.
- Organize conferences, seminars, and workshops; build partnerships with local educational and rehabilitation institutions.
- Support college and program initiatives and engage with the community.
