VTG is seeking an Information System Security Engineer (ISSE) in multiple locations. The ISSE will conduct security engineering across the lifecycle, capture protection requirements, and integrate them into acquisitions and development. Responsibilities include coordinating with A&A stakeholders and applying best practices for security controls.

Space system experience is required. Qualified candidates have TS/SCI with Poly, a relevant Bachelor's degree, and 8+ years IA experience, with

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (computer engineering, INFOSEC, information management, or CS).
• 8+ years IA relevant experience.
• TS/SCI with Poly required.
• Space system experience required.
• Knowledge of ICD 503 and government certification/ accreditation.
• Experience with COTS and GOTS integration.
• Baseline certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP.

Responsabilités

• Conduct IS security engineering activities through the lifecycle.
• Capture and refine information protection requirements for acquisitions and development.
• Integrate security requirements into lifecycles using systems engineering principles.
• Coordinate with A&A stakeholders; apply best practices for security controls.
• Participate in Space System related reviews and councils as needed.
