Our Ideal Candidate Will Have

As a Spa Therapist, you will deliver refined, results‑oriented treatments that reflect both technical mastery and intuitive care. You will embody calm professionalism, ensuring every guest feels deeply valued and leaves with a lasting sense of well‑being.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a full range of spa treatments including massages, facials, Hammams, and body rituals according to brand and protocol standards.
• Ensure a serene and discreet environment, maintaining the highest level of guest comfort, safety, and privacy.
• Prepare and maintain all treatment rooms and spa areas to exceptional cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Uphold hygiene, sanitization, and product care in accordance with spa and brand protocols.
• Manage treatment schedules efficiently to ensure smooth operations and on‑time appointments.
• Assist with linen and product replenishment during operational hours.
• Participate in regular training sessions, wellness workshops, and new treatment launches.
• Support retail product presentation and assist guests with product recommendations where appropriate.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism, ensuring personalized and anticipatory service.
• Uphold spa safety, hygiene, and operational excellence at all times.

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist within a 5-star luxury hotel or resort spa.
• Recognized certification in massage therapy or equivalent spa qualification.
• Expertise in a variety of techniques such as deep tissue, Swedish, aromatherapy, and hot stone massage.
• Knowledge of Hammam or other specialized body treatments is a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a calm, polished, and professional demeanor.
• Understanding of LQA and Forbes service standards.
• Impeccable grooming and attention to detail.
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
