Job summary

The St. Regis Abu Dhabi invites applications for a Spa Attendant to uphold the highest hygiene and cleanliness standards on the treatment floor and in changing areas. You will support therapists, assist with demonstrations, and cover spa reception when required.

We look for a High school diploma and at least 2 years spa experience in a luxury hotel, with punctuality and a proactive approach to guest comfort and service on the Nation Tower premises.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2 years spa experience in a luxury hotel.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleanliness of treatment floor rooms, changing and wet areas per standards.
• Be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions.
• Assist with demonstrations/events as required.

• Be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.

• Ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen and remove soiled linen.

Job Requirement

Ensure the maintenance of the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the operation. Responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene within ONE, particularly the treatment floor, and changing areas as well as wet facilities.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

• Will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining the cleanliness of the treatment floor rooms, changing and wet areas. These should be kept in a neat, tidy and sanitary manner in accordance with the SPA and Health and Safety Standards.
• To be aware of all treatments offered and any promotions on offer at any given time.
• Assist with demonstrations/events as required.
• Must adhere to training as set down by the DOSPA and Head Therapist.
• To always be punctual and prepared in advance of treatments.
• To cover spa reception as and when required.
• Will be expected to aid therapists in setting up for treatments and clearing away after.
• Will be expected to ensure lockers are stocked with clean linen at all times and remove soiled linen.

Preferred Qualifications

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: 2 years work spa experience in a luxury hotel
