Fairmont The Palm is a luxury, world‑class resort located on the iconic Palm Jumeirah Island in Dubai. The hotel features 391 guest rooms and suites with dedicated Fairmont Gold rooms and lounge. A total of 11 food and beverage outlets on property offer international dining options including Michelin Guide recommended 2022 and 2023 Little Miss India, Frevo - Brazilian Churrasco experience, Seagrill Bistro, Ba Restaurant and Lounge, Blowfish, Flow Kitchen, The Cigar Room, Vuvuzela and others. Fairmont The Palm also features an expansive pool and beach area with a health club, Serenity Spa Dubai – The Art Of Well Being and the Fairmont Falcons Kids’ Club.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Assist in the operations of the Spa and maintain knowledge of all Spa menu items
  • Assist guests with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities, etc.
  • Assist guests with product information and retail sales
  • Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Report any problems or questions to Supervisor
  • Attend pre‑shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift
  • Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
  • Report any equipment malfunctioning
  • Report any potential Health & Safety hazards
  • Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
  • Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand‑alone spa
  • Strong administrative skills including Excel spreadsheets
  • Book4Time experience mandatory
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Strong interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities
  • Highly responsible & reliable
  • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
