Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Dubai at Jumeirah Beach is seeking a proactive Spa & Fitness Assistant to support guest bookings, reception duties, and cross-department cooperation. You will help maximise guest satisfaction through attentive service and smooth spa operations.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, superb organization, and an understanding of spa and fitness environments; knowledge of Russian or French is a plus.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of spa and fitness operations.

What You Will Do

• Assists with spa software bookings in order to maximize guest satisfaction.
• Covers fitness reception and ensures that all collaterals are available.
• Ensures mutual cooperation, proactive communication and adequate support to other departments within the Resort as well as other Four Seasons properties.
• Proactively promotes products, treatments, packages, membership offers and special current promotions.
