Job summary

A luxury hotel operator in Dubai is seeking a Spa Attendant to offer professional and engaging service to guests. Responsibilities include assisting with spa operations, providing information about services, and maintaining facility standards. The ideal applicant will have at least 1 year of experience in a 5-star spa environment and possess strong administrative and communication skills.

Qualifications

  • Previous Spa or Hospitality experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience at a 5* hotel spa or luxury stand-alone spa.
  • CPR and First Aid certification preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
  • Assist in the operations of the Spa.
  • Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers.

Responsibilities
  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service
  • Assist in the operations of the Spa and maintain knowledge of all Spa menu items
  • Assist guests with the use of sauna, steam, day pass and spa facilities, etc.
  • Assist guests with product information and retail sales
  • Provide guest information relating to spa menu and special offers
  • Maintain stock levels and ensure all products are displayed as per standards
  • Follow departmental policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety and sanitation policies
  • Report any problems or questions to Supervisor
  • Attend pre‑shift briefings and handover to Supervisor/colleague at end of shift
  • Clean and tidy the areas when necessary
  • Report any equipment malfunctioning
  • Report any potential Health & Safety hazards
  • Other duties as assigned
