Key Responsibilities
  • Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Schedule appointments, handle bookings, and manage the spa’s calendar.
  • Answer calls and emails, providing detailed information about services, packages, and promotions.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out procedures, process payments, and handle cash and credit transactions.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and lobby area.
  • Assist with customer inquiries, resolving issues and concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Promote spa services, packages, and retail products to enhance guest experience.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and confidentiality.
  • Collaborate with spa therapists and management to ensure seamless service delivery.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in customer service or reception (preferably in a spa or hospitality setting).
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
