Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of menus featuring Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
  • Prepare, cook, and present food in accordance with established standards.
  • Manage kitchen activities and ensure the quality of all dishes served.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, promoting best practices and culinary techniques.
  • Maintain a clean, organized kitchen and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Source and select high-quality ingredients for dishes.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and develop new recipes.
Qualifications
