Apt Resources is in search of a talented Sous Chef with Italian / Mediterranean Cuisine Experience for a unique opportunity with an Ultra High Net Worth Family (UHNWF). This role offers you the chance to showcase your culinary skills and creativity in a private dining environment.

You will collaborate closely with the Head Chef in delivering exceptional dining experiences that highlight Italian and Mediterranean culinary traditions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning and execution of menus featuring Italian and Mediterranean dishes.
  • Prepare cook and present food in accordance with established standards.
  • Manage kitchen activities and ensure the quality of all dishes served.
  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff promoting best practices and culinary techniques.
  • Maintain a clean organized kitchen and ensure food safety compliance.
  • Source and select high-quality ingredients for dishes.
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef to innovate and develop new recipes.
Requirements
