Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Executive Pastry Chef in managing the pastry section, ensuring consistency, quality, and creativity in all products.
  • Prepare and produce a variety of pastries, desserts, bread, and confections according to the hotel’s standards.
  • Supervise and mentor pastry team members, providing guidance, training, and support.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and sanitation standards.
  • Collaborate with other culinary teams to develop new dessert concepts and seasonal menus.
  • Monitor inventory, control costs, and maintain equipment and supplies in optimal condition.
  • Participate in special events, banquets, and high-profile functions as required.
Qualifications & Experience
