A Sous Chef for Conrad Dubai will work closely with the Executive Chef/Executive Sous Chef to ensure the smooth running of the kitchen, supporting with the food planning, preparation, hygiene and administrative tasks for the culinary department.
A Sous Chef for Conrad Dubai will be responsible for directing the kitchen team in providing consistency and quality of food, ensuring HACCP standards are followed, in order to achieve the maximum level of guest satisfaction and organizational profitability.
