Job summary

Em Sherif Café in Dubai is seeking an experienced Service Chef to join our team immediately. You will lead daily service, ensure on-point presentation, and uphold the high Lebanese culinary standards our guests expect.

Across fine-dining shifts, you will manage the line, train staff, and coordinate with front-of-house to deliver seamless service while maintaining strict hygiene and brand standards.

Qualifications

• Must be currently based in Dubai and available to join immediately.
• Proven experience as a Service Chef in refined restaurants and fine-dining.
• Strong expertise in Lebanese cuisine.
• Extensive hands-on experience on the line during service.
• Excellent management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
• Strong knowledge of food quality, consistency, and kitchen standards.
