Job summary

Ehrhardt + Partner GmbH & Co. KG in Dubai seeks a Software Security Specialist to monitor systems, analyze incidents, and coordinate protective measures across our SaaS platform.

You will manage vulnerabilities, harden cloud-native environments, and promote security awareness throughout the organization, ensuring DevOps security is embedded in processes. English fluency is required; German is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science or Software Security or equivalent with relevant experience.
• Experience with SOC 2 Type II and SaaS compliance standards (SSAE 18 / ISAE 3405).
• Hands-on expertise securing cloud-native Kubernetes environments (GKE) and hardening CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong API security skills including REST APIs, JSON, OpenAPI/Swagger.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Monitor systems and analyze security incidents, coordinating protective measures.
• Manage vulnerabilities and optimize security technologies across the product teams.
• Define and drive a strategic security roadmap with clear goals and metrics.
• Promote security awareness across the organization and embed secure practices in the DevOps pipeline.
• Stay current on trends with encryption and tokenization, engaging with the industry.
