Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing engineering team responsible for delivering mission-critical software and digital platforms.
  • Architect and oversee the development of scalable, secure, and high-availability solutions using modern technologies.
  • Drive the adoption of AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and automation across the business.
  • Champion DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native development practices to accelerate innovation and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with business, product, and technology leaders to align engineering initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and technical excellence within the engineering organization.
Desired Skills & Experience
  • Engineering Leadership:
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multidisciplinary engineering teams in complex, high-availability environments—preferably in aviation, logistics, or similarly dynamic industries.
  • AI & Data-Driven Development:
  • Hands-on experience architecting and deploying AI/ML models, data platforms, and real-time analytics solutions at scale.
  • Cloud & Kubernetes Expertise:
  • Deep proficiency in designing and managing cloud-native applications using Kubernetes, Docker, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Modern Software Engineering:
  • Strong background in microservices, API-first development, and modern programming languages (such as Python, Java, Go, or Node.js).
  • DevOps & Automation:
  • Proven ability to implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code, and automated testing frameworks.
  • Security & Compliance:
  • Advanced understanding of secure software development, data privacy, and regulatory requirements in global enterprises.

  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to collaborate with C-level executives, product owners, and cross-functional teams.
